Q.   Is that all the info I need?

A.   Yep! I've been doing this a long time and when I take a peek at your opportunity website, I get tons of idea's on how to design your webpage or banner ad. I'll begin the design work once payment is received. Upon completion I will email you a ''Completion Notice'' detailing how it all works, along with the web address (URL) I assign you. If it's a banner ad you order then the banner will be emailed to you as an attachment.

Q.   Do you need to send me your 12SecondCommute User Name and Password?

A.   No. As the official independent webpage designer for 12SecondCommute, I have temporary access to be able to set-up and upload everything into your system for you.

Q.   Do you need to purchase a Domain Name (web address - URL) and send it to me to use for the web address of your newly designed capture page?

A.   No. Your 12SecondCommute membership account includes free hosting for your webpage and I will assign you a sub-domain name (URL) from that account.  The sub-domain URL I assign you cannot be changed.  Some do choose to purchase a domain name and then re-direct or forward it to the sub-domain URL. You can do that, but it is not really necessary. Most simply use the sub-domain name I assign them. Most people just click on a link and don't read it.

Q.   Am I allowed to review my capture page or banner ad design and request changes?

A.   After completion, you are allowed 2 business days to review and request any changes to your capture page or banner design and/or wording. However, rarely has anyone ever requested changes of any kind. Why? Because I design yours the same as if it were my own.

Q.   Is there anything I need to do to help you?

A.   No. I do everything for you. Just sit back and relax for 2 or 3 days and I'll email you when finished. After completion... the ONLY thing left for you to do is to promote the webpage URL (sub-domain name) I assign you. After that, everything is automated.
